Returns & Refunds Policy
At Kunst Kopenhagen, we stand behind the quality of our artworks. We offer a straightforward return process to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—new, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@kunstkopenhagen.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Domestic Returns (United States)
Free returns are provided on all eligible domestic orders. Once your return request is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.

Simply attach the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any FedEx location or schedule a pickup.
International Returns
International customers must request return authorization before sending items back. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

A full refund is issued once the return arrives back in good condition and passes inspection.
Free returns apply to domestic orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kunstkopenhagen.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the artwork showing the damage or defect
We'll send a free replacement immediately for damaged or defective items.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Framed artworks that have been hung on a wall – any wall mounting, hardware installation, or nail holes void return eligibility
- Custom or personalized orders – artworks created specifically to your specifications
- Items not in resalable condition – artworks showing signs of use, damage, or improper handling after delivery

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—new, unused, undamaged, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs for EU returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Holiday Returns
Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 may be returned through January 31, providing an extended return window for holiday purchases.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection is completed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping & Processing Information
All orders ship from our studio in Los Angeles, California via FedEx.
Every artwork is printed and prepared in-house. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Shipping cost: Free shipping on all orders
International shipping limitations:
International orders include prints only. Frames and passe-partouts are not available for international shipment.
Quality Guarantee
All artworks are printed and finished in-house using pigment-based inks for fade resistance and long-term color stability. Every piece undergoes quality control before shipping to ensure:
- Exceptional color accuracy
- Proper material treatment and finish
- Correct size and format
- Secure packaging for safe transit
Product Warranty
While Kunst Kopenhagen does not offer a manufacturer's warranty, all artworks are backed by our quality guarantee. If you experience issues with workmanship or materials, please contact us at hello@kunstkopenhagen.com to discuss resolution options.
